We accept contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay on all of our buses for transactions up to £100. Ask your driver for your ticket as usual then present your card or device to the card reader to pay.
Single tickets
Single tickets are priced according to the distance that you travel. You can ask the driver, or if you want to know in advance call us on 01543 758594.
We offer reduced fares to children aged between 5 and 18. Children under the age of 5 travel free.
Tickets can be bought on the bus using contactless or cash.

1 day duo - £8.50 for two people travelling together on Chaserider or Select services. Tickets are valid after 9.00am on weekdays and all day at weekends.
1 day group - £16 for up to five people travelling together on Chaserider or Select services. Tickets are valid after 9.00am on weekdays and all day at weekends.
Cannock zone

The Knot tickets
The Knot is a ticket valid for a day's travel wholly within Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent* on buses operated by Arriva Midlands, D&G Bus, Chaserider, First Potteries, National Express West Midlands and Select Bus Services. Also valid on selected Diamond Bus East Midlands services.

* The Knot tickets are not valid on services to and from Alton Towers. Some other exclusions may apply with other operators' services.
PlusBus and National Rail tickets
You can buy a PlusBus ticket as an add-on to your train ticket to get you to and from Cannock, Stafford, Lichfield, Walsall and Wolverhampton railway stations.
We can only accept PlusBus tickets within set boundaries - if you need to travel outside of these areas, you will need to pay a single fare or purchase one of our multi-journey tickets.

We accept nBus and nNetwork tickets within the West Midlands area.
We also accept Swift Go for travel along the full lengths of routes 3, 70 and 71.

Concessionary travel for the elderly or disabled
We accept English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes for free travel on all of our bus services.
Passes are valid after 9.30am Monday to Friday, and all day on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Normal fares apply before 9.30am Monday to Friday.
Passengers holding a Staffordshire County Council disabled pass can travel for free at all times when boarding in Staffordshire.
