Changes to Service 841ADate: 01 February 2026

Service 841A will be changing from 1st February 2026

We have reviewed this new journey and have agreed improvements with Staffordshire County Council.

From 1st February 2026 service 841A on schoolday mornings will no longer operate, but two new journeys will take its place.

A new journey on service 828 will operate from Colwich (0740), Great Haywood (0745) to Stafford, providing a shorter journey time and a new link via County Hospital in the morning peak.

Service 841 will also gain a new journey from Weston (0810), Salt (0817) and Hopton (0822) to Weston Road Academy, which will better suit students by providing a later journey into school. This journey will also serve the school grounds at Weston Road Academy.

Due to Rugeley Road being closed for two days for road works, our 61 service will divert via Elder Lane and Cannock Road. 

Bus Stops missed: Keble Close on Highfield Road, Laurel Drive and Church Road stops on Rugeley Road.
