The road will be closed for Utility Repair and Maintenance Works, between 7th and 14th July. For the duration of the closure, the 3 service will be on diversion.

From Brownhills - it will operate as normal on Orbital Way, Blakeney Way, Kingswood Lakeside Employment Park and Washbrook Lane as normal, but instead of turning left onto Norton Hall Lane, it will divert over the roundabout to stay on Washbrook Lane, then left onto A5 Watling Street, left onto Walsall Road, left onto Norton Green Lane, right Church Road, right onto Butt Lane, back onto Norton Green Lane, back on its normal line of route. 

From Cannock - it will operate the reverse of the above. 

Please note: The Rosefinch Drive stop on Norton Hall Lane will not not be served.

The road will be closed between 8:00am and 4:00pm. For the duration of the closure, the 828 will operate as followed. 

From Lichfield - it will operate as normal to Main Road, Great Haywood, but instead of turning left onto Mill Lane to head through Tixall, it will continue on Main Road, Great Haywood, left onto A51, continue on A51 to Weston, where it will turn left onto A518 through Weston, continue on A518 to the roundabout, where it will turn left onto Blackheath Lane, right onto Tixall Road, back on normal route to Stafford. 

From Stafford - it will operate the reverse of the above. 

Please note: The following bus stops will not be served between the above times. 
- Abbeyfield, Great Haywood
- Canalside Farm, Great Haywood
- Church in Tixall
- Little Brancote, Tixall

Service Affected: 432

The road will be closed for Highway Repair and Maintenance works, weather permitted. It will be closed for any two days between 10th and 23rd July - we do not know which two days will be affected, due to weather and resource implications. For this reason, service 432 will be on the following diversion from 10th to 23rd July. 

**The School timed journeys will continue to serve Parkside Drive**

From Stafford - buses will operate via Chell Road onto Doxey Road, at the roundabout it will turn right to stay on Doxey Road, though Doxey, onto Ashton Bank to go over the M6, right onto Seighford Road, continue through Seighford Village onto The Cumbers, then onto Clanford Road, back on normal route to Eccleshall. 

From Eccleshall - they will operate the reverse of the above. 

Please note: The bus stops on Foregate Street, Grey Friars, Stone Road, Parkside Avenue, Eccleshall Road, including Creswell Drive and Whitegreave Lane in Great Bridgeford, will NOT be served for the duration.

Service affected: 60 and 62

The road will be closed for one day, between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm. For the duration of the closure, the 60 and 62 services will operate as followed.

60 Service
- To Lichfield, it will operate via Stables Way, Ironstone Road, and Cannock Road. 
- To Cannock, it will operate via Cannock Road, Ironstone Road, and Stables Way. 

Please note:
- The bus stops at Sankey's Corner will not be served. Passengers will need to use the stops on Cannock Road or the High Street.  
- The bus stops on Ironstone Road will be served in the opposite direction to normal. For example: if waiting to catch the 60 service to Lichfield please use the Cannock side bus stops & Cannock side bus stops for the Lichfield 60 Service.


62 Service
- To Lichfield, it will operate via High Street, Ironstone Road, Cannock Road. 
- To Cannock, it will operate via Cannock Road, Ironstone Road, High Street, Rugeley Road.

New evening and Sunday services from 20th JulyDate: 20th July 2025

We are introducing new evening and Sunday services in the Cannock, Lichfield and Stafford areas.

From 20th July the following enhancements will be made to timetables:

 

Service 60 (Cannock - Lichfield)

New Monday to Saturday evening journeys and an hourly Sunday daytime service will be introduced.

Changes to Travel Telford servicesDate: 21st July 2025

Following a retendering process carried out by Telford & Wrekin Council, Travel Telford services 100, 102, 103, 104 and 105 will be operated by Arriva Midlands from 21st July 2025.
